Pork Dumplings

Eden Natural Pork
Ingredients:
1/4 lb.Ground Pork
2 tbls. Minced Ginger
2 tspn. Minced Garlic
2 tspns. Sliced Scallions
1 tspn. Sesame Oil
1 tbls, Soy sSauce
1 pk. Won Ton Wrappers
Procedure:
1. Mix all
ingredients.
2.
Place one teaspoon of mix in each won ton wrapper.
3. Brush
edges of wrappers with egg wash.
4.
Fold edges over to make dumplings.
5.
Drop in boiling water until they float to the top.
6.
Plate and serve with soy sauce.
